Dear Tribe,

The studio goes on a short vacation until January 1, 2023 (just giving you time to get excited and look forward to your next order :))

Every order will be accepted and made with lots of love after this date. Make sure to book your order from that date. Always happy to create magic with you.


 All jewelry is made to order and handmade at my studio in Israel, Your order may take up to 1-2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. I strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of my products I ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

Orders are shipped by registered air mail with a tracking code. Shipping from Israel usually take 2-3 weeks, delivery times are estimated, a delay may occur by post, custom or holiday.. 

If you need faster shipping you can choose Express airmail worldwide via DHL- 2-3 business days (Please contact me at ganzshelly@gmail.com  to make sure production time meet your needs. I will be more than happy to answer any question and over detail.)

 Do you pay taxes/fees/duties?

For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. I am unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

  • Return and Refund Policy

    All my jewelry is made of the finest materials and highest standards.
    However, If you are not satisfied with the item, I can give you a refund  (except for rings, and minus shipping costs) after receiving the jewelry *only If you send it up to 14 days from the day you got it.

    *Orders of rings made in a specific size are non-refundable because they are made to your specific size. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to choosing the right size when ordering. (Small changes in ring size are possible and can be made in the studio by appointment). 

    Delivery charge for sending back the item is non-refundable.

    If you have an item that needs repair (after use) you can mail the item to me for free repair. I will repair it with no extra charge :) and send the item back to you.

    Please know that I am working on a special schedule to ship all orders out as soon as possible,
    and bear with me if there are slight delays.
    I will keep you updated as much as I can with the changing procedures that you should be able to track your parcel’s progress and you will get your new jewelry as fast as possible.
